L & I regulates building code enforcement officers and I’ve worked on those cases as a hearing officer. Also, as a private attorney I’ve been involved in zoning and building code cases and so I know the types of issues that may arise.

As a hearing officer I also conducted hearings related to unemployment compensation tax audits, classification of employees and independent contractors, and prevailing wage cases. I know the law in those areas, and I have experience with litigation and enforcement actions.
